Anand Sharma is the Founder & Chairman of Growth Advisory, LLC, based in the US and works with Corporate Boards to help implement high growth strategies using the proprietary Strategy Deployment Process. He co-founded TBM Consulting Group, Inc. in 1991 and has served as its president & CEO until his retirement in 2014. Anand is author of The Perfect Engine (Free Press, 2001), and The Antidote (Managing Times Press 2006). He was named a Hero of U.S. Manufacturing in 2001 by Fortune magazine. Anand is member of the Supervisory Board of WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG based in Germany and the Board of Global Network Foundation (GNF) based in Atlanta GA, USA.

Bill Starnes

Bill Starnes

Bill Starnes, having retired from business, is currently engaged in a variety of volunteer activities through the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) including his ongoing role as Faculty Director for the SEALA Leadership Academy as well as similar programs in Central Asia (CELA), and the Middle East (MELA). From 2001 to 2005, he also served as Managing Director of SIBF. From 1984 to 2000, he was with the Trammell Crow organization, becoming Co-Managing Partner of Trammell Crow International in 1997. He traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Mr. Starnes began his career in academics, teaching economics at Williams College and Rice University. After leaving academia, he spent three years in general management for a small, family-owned wholesale distribution company.

Mark Young

Mark Young is an independent consultant, trainer, writer and lecturer in the field of mediation and negotiation skills training and analysis;  his company, Rational Games, Inc, (www.rationalgames.com) serves a variety of clients in the public and private sectors in the US, UK and Germany.  Mark’s business career has afforded him ample opportunities to do so, as he has served as a corporate lending officer at Chase Manhattan Bank, a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company, a partner at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance and a trade negotiator in the US Department of Commerce.   

 

Paulette Carnicelli Pidcock is a certified executive leadership coach and founding President of Pidcock Coaching Partners, LLC. Drawing on her decades as a successful corporate lobbyist and leader in Washington, DC, Paulette has created her coaching business to make a difference in the lives of her clients. Paulette has created and delivered transformational leadership programs for mid-level career professionals, specializing in government affairs – in the Washington, DC area. Paulette spent her corporate career as a government relations executive for three multi-billion dollar energy and utility holding companies. She earned her Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ACC). She holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.

 

Raheel Waqar works at the intersection of design and change, and brings over 22 years of experience from the entrepreneurial, impact and design world. His passion to tackle wicked problems made him start White Rice, an award-winning behavioural design agency, that harnesses the power of design thinking and behavioural science to create sustainable change. Raheel is also a consultant and facilitator for the DesignThinkers Academy, Netherlands, and an independent Leadership Coach.

 

Dr. Sophio Chachava is a consultant, certified trainer, practicing mediator and professor helping and working with governmental and private institutions to equip top and middle managers with effective communication skills and create effective systems within the organizations to prevent disputes and/or resolve them in the peaceful way. For that cause, she with her partner founded a non-profit organization “Resolve”.

 

Dr. Umar Taj is Director Behavioural Decision Making at CogCo. His focus lies on using behavioural science to improve strategic decision making of people and organizations. Umar is an Associate Professor - Behavioural Science at University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, Executive Teaching Fellow - Behavioural Decision Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as University of Oxford.

In his spare time, Umar enjoys dabbling in geometric art.
